Say maybe we are currently using the Xero system, but wish to develop our own one in house.

Technology is and will continue to change throughout time, It is imperative a business can not only adjust but adopt these changes into their structure. The design and implementation of new technology, especially in-house developed technologies can make or break the system.

Implementation of the system is key to reduce risk when shifting to the new technology. Connect+ will use a modular integration method to test the system in a small area before introduction to the whole system. This will allow for stress-tests, security tests, performance testing and many others tests to be undertaken whilst the business still operates with the old system. Implementation is the most critical in the eyes of Connect+ as whilst additional revenue is the goal of introducing new technologies and advancements, Connect+ does not want existing revenue to be hindered or lost due to poor implementation. Therefore, the modular implementation strategy best suits Connect+ when updating its information system.
