To reflect on the insights gained through an interdisciplinary approach to a healthy life with wellbeing, and explore how your newfound knowledge and skills impacted you beyond the classroom.
There are 4 key steps to take in this assignment. The details of each step are as follow: 
• Step 1: Select two topics (one from Healthy Living and one from Wellbeing), and describe them. 
• Step 2: Integrate the two topics. 
• Step 3: Explore the impact of this interdisciplinary perspective on the meaning of a healthy life with well-being. 
• Step 4: Reflect on how you have applied this knowledge outside of the classroom walls.
