NOTE: You will be building off of this for Exercise #2. The more complex the job, the richer your answers will be in this and Exercise #2, which may lead to a higher grade.

For each of these, answerthe following:

2) Why is it needed in society?

 
3) If it will impact your business, and if so how?

4) What are the consequencesof breakingthese laws

 
5) In your opinion, should this particular regulation/legislation be kept, changed or eliminated?

Word count:2 500 — 3,000 words— excludingcover page and references. Notable of contentsrequired. A paper of 2,500 words is about 10 pages when usingthe general academicstandard of Double-spaced,12-point font. Each page is typically around 250 words on average, although this can vary if there are block quotes, inset graphics or anything else affecting the length.
