Uvaro’s Director, Growth Marketing has noted that member engagement drops after graduation, especially in our communication channel for members on Slack. Knowing that the business is looking towards developing a membership subscription model past graduation, they have identified the need for an awareness campaign to increase engagement on our BRAND NEW Uvaro Network Hub; a resource, chat, and messaging tool designed to facilitate the exchange of information between instructors, guest speakers, members, and graduates alike. They have highlighted that this hub will be key in driving success in enrolling graduates in association memberships so that they can access critical tools to drive success in their career progression.
You have been tasked to put together a high-level outline of the marketing activities for this campaign to generate awareness of the new Uvaro Network Hub with our current students and graduates. In this outline we will be looking for evidence of careful planning and consideration into the timing of various tasks that need to be completed and/or outsourced in order to run the campaign successfully.
