Abstract The research design of our study is Survey Research. The sampled respondents are the Grade 12 Senior High School Students in Mary Help of Christians School of Cebu. Survey research is a process of conducting research through surveys. The data collected from the said survey is then statistically analyzed to draw meaningful research conclusions. Descriptive suits our research since it tackles the different opinions and perceptions of the research respondents. Vaccination plays a vital role to suppress the virus for good, although people neglect it since there will be some symptoms. To eradicate the pandemic crisis the nations would advise everyone to take it. There is a common misunderstanding as to what vaccinations are, in a survey most people see vaccinations to just be shots that help fight illness. It escalates our gap in our survival on the epidemic which is why it is highly needed to sustain society. A WHO-led international mission has begun investigations in China to try to establish the origin of SARS-CoV-2. No vaccine is 100% safe or effective for everybody and every vaccine undergoes rigorous clinical trials to ensure its safety and efficacy. The criteria used to define a successful vaccine in the initial clinical trials of vaccination should be strict enough to protect against the risk of a weakly effective vaccine being deployed. Before human testing, vaccines are tested on cell cultures, and also the results are modeled to assess how they’ll interact with the system. During clinical trials, a vaccine is tested in a group of about 20 people with the first goal of assessing the vaccine’s safety. This phase can take several years to complete and researchers use this chance to check the vaccinated volunteers to those that haven’t been vaccinated to focus on any true reactions to the vaccine that occur. Common side-effects of this vaccine include pain and swelling at the injection site; tiredness, headache, muscle, joint pains, chills, fever, and diarrhea. The Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine is a viral vector vaccine that uses another virus (the adenovirus) to produce the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein. Once administered, a person immunized with this vaccine body produces this protein which triggers an immune response that will prevent the person from becoming ill with Covid-19. Its common side-effects include pain at the injection site, headache, tiredness, muscle pain, and nausea. Rare side-effects of this kind of vaccine also include rare blood clots.
